| Accommodations:
From September to June three bedrooms each with en-suite shower and toilet, tea and coffee-making facilities, central heating and wonderful views of the countryside are offered in the recently transformed two-storey barn: "Champagne" on the ground floor has a king size double bed and easy access for guests with limited mobility. "Merlot" and "Chardonnay" on the first floor offer the flexibility of either twin or king size double beds. On the ground floor there is a residents kitchen, open plan lounge / dining room with TV and cd stereo. The kitchen facilities include electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. The lounge opens into a covered terrace with outdoor furniture which has a communal BBQ at your disposal. During your stay you have access to the heated/covered pool, grounds, games rooms and laundry facilities. (Please bring your own swimming towels). |

Other Details:
Continental breakfast is included in the basic tariff: for other meals, a four course dinner is available on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings at 20.00 euros per adult including wine or 12.00 euros per child under 12 years old. A cold meal including wine is available on Saturday - this is by prior arrangement and costs 15.00 euros per person. Please book your first night's meal at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
